Scheduled inspection and repair that keeps a building compliant and stops small defects becoming expensive ones. We agree an annual programme, budget it in advance and report against it site by site, so spend is predictable and nothing lapses between visits.
We operate 24 hours a day and can have operatives on site within the hour. Typical call outs include water ingress, roof leaks, failed shutters and doors, broken glazing and storm damage, with a permanent repair programmed straight afterwards.
Office fit out, retail refurbishment and warehouse upgrades, from space planning and partitioning through to ceilings, lighting, flooring, decoration and furniture. Works are phased around your operating hours so the building keeps trading.
We price against the schedule of dilapidations, carry out the works and hand over a photographic record so the position can be settled with the landlord quickly. Where it is more economic to negotiate than to build, we will say so.
