A window has been smashed — can you secure it tonight?
Yes. We operate 24/7 and attend to board up and make safe within the hour, then return with the replacement glass once it has been measured and ordered.
Can you repair automatic doors rather than replace them?
Usually. Most automatic door faults are sensors, belts, motors or controllers rather than the whole unit. We will tell you when the operator is genuinely beyond economic repair.
Do you install fire rated doorsets?
Yes, with the correct doorset, frame, intumescent seals and ironmongery, installed to the tested specification and documented for your fire file.
Do you work in occupied and trading buildings?
Most of our work is in live buildings. Offices, retail units, warehouses, hotels and schools rarely close, so we phase works overnight, at weekends or floor by floor, with dust screening and safe segregation throughout.
Is a site survey and quotation free?
Yes. Surveys and quotations are free and carry no obligation. We normally survey within a few working days and return a fixed price against a written scope on the same day.
What insurance, accreditations and paperwork do you provide?
Site specific RAMS, permits, insurance certificates and accreditation details are issued before mobilisation, with waste transfer notes, photographs and a handover pack on completion.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
