Common questions
Can you work around our shift pattern?
Yes. Distribution and manufacturing sites rarely stop, so we work nights, weekends and shutdown periods, and section the works so the rest of the building keeps running.
Can you refurbish a floor without emptying the warehouse?
Usually. We work bay by bay or aisle by aisle so stock can be shuffled rather than removed. Where a resin system needs a clear run we programme it into a shutdown.
Do you install mezzanines and racking?
We carry out the groundworks, bases, fire protection and building works around mezzanines and racking, and coordinate the specialist installers as part of the same programme.
Do you work in occupied and trading buildings?
Most of our work is in live buildings. Offices, retail units, warehouses, hotels and schools rarely close, so we phase works overnight, at weekends or floor by floor, with dust screening and safe segregation throughout.
Is a site survey and quotation free?
Yes. Surveys and quotations are free and carry no obligation. We normally survey within a few working days and return a fixed price against a written scope on the same day.
What insurance, accreditations and paperwork do you provide?
Site specific RAMS, permits, insurance certificates and accreditation details are issued before mobilisation, with waste transfer notes, photographs and a handover pack on completion.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Yes, and Ireland. Regional teams cover single sites and national portfolios, including multi site programmes delivered simultaneously across several regions.
