Common questions
Can you work overnight so we do not lose trading days?
Yes, and for retail this is normal for us rather than an exception. We work through the night, clear and clean before opening, and hand the floor back each morning ready to trade.
Can you roll the same scheme out across our stores?
Yes. We deliver multi site programmes to a single specification with site by site reporting and photographic evidence, so the estate ends up consistent.
Do you deal with landlords and centre management?
Yes. We handle permits to work, out of hours access, delivery slots and centre inductions as part of the job rather than leaving it with you.
Do you work in occupied and trading buildings?
Most of our work is in live buildings. Offices, retail units, warehouses, hotels and schools rarely close, so we phase works overnight, at weekends or floor by floor, with dust screening and safe segregation throughout.
Is a site survey and quotation free?
Yes. Surveys and quotations are free and carry no obligation. We normally survey within a few working days and return a fixed price against a written scope on the same day.
What insurance, accreditations and paperwork do you provide?
Site specific RAMS, permits, insurance certificates and accreditation details are issued before mobilisation, with waste transfer notes, photographs and a handover pack on completion.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Yes, and Ireland. Regional teams cover single sites and national portfolios, including multi site programmes delivered simultaneously across several regions.
