Why our surfacing lasts longer

Most surfacing fails because the construction underneath it was never right. We check before we quote, and tell you which problem you actually have.

How it works

No drawn out procurement. Most jobs go from first call to a priced scope inside a week.

Step 1

Call or send the details

Tell us the area and what has failed. Photographs help; a site address is enough to get us there.

Step 2

Free survey and fixed price

We measure, check the construction where it matters and quote a fixed price against a written scope.

Step 3

Laid and handed back

Delivered by our own gangs, then handed back with compaction and material records — usually the same day it cools.

Common questions

Will an island stop HGVs getting round?

Not if the swept paths are checked first. We model or check the turning movements before finalising a layout, because an island that blocks deliveries gets removed within a month.

Island or hatching?

Hatching is cheaper and works where drivers respect it. Where they consistently do not, only a physical island changes behaviour.

Do islands need lighting or bollards?

On trafficked routes, usually yes — an unlit island is a hazard at night. We will advise what the location needs.

How soon can we drive on it?

Tarmac can normally take traffic once it has cooled, which is usually the same day. We will confirm at the time based on thickness and temperature rather than making you wait unnecessarily.

Do we have to close the whole area?

No. We work in sections or overnight so most of the site stays usable. For retail and distribution sites that is how we work as standard.

Is a site survey and quotation free?

Yes. Surveys and quotations are free and carry no obligation. We normally survey within a few working days and return a fixed price against a written scope on the same day.

Do you cover the whole of the UK?

Yes, and Ireland. Regional gangs cover single sites and national portfolios, including rolling surfacing programmes across several regions at once.
