Why do odours come back?
Because the source was never removed. Masking agents and fogging without source removal buy days or weeks. Finding what is producing the smell is most of the job.
Is ozone treatment safe?
Under controlled conditions with the area unoccupied and properly ventilated afterwards, yes. It must not be used in occupied spaces, and anyone offering to is cutting corners.
How long does treatment take?
Source removal and cleaning is usually a day or two. Fogging or ozone treatment needs the area empty for a period, typically overnight.
How quickly can you attend?
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can have operatives on site within the hour. The first visit is about making the area safe and stopping the damage spreading; the full clean follows once the scope is clear.
Can you work while the site stays open?
In most cases. We work nights, early mornings and weekends, and section the area off where a clean has to happen during the day. Retail, hospitality and distribution sites rarely close, so this is normal for us.
What documentation do we receive?
Photographs before, during and after, waste transfer notes for anything removed, the products and methods used, and a written report your insurer, auditor or client pack will accept.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
