Common questions
Why does the staining come back in the same pattern?
Because something is causing it — usually water tracking from a blocked gutter, a failed sealant or a missing drip detail. We will point it out, and the group can fix it while access is up.
Can coated panels be damaged by cleaning?
Yes, by aggressive chemicals or pressure. Coated aluminium and composite panels need specific detergents and pressures, and getting it wrong dulls the finish permanently.
Should we clean the gutters at the same time?
Almost always. The access is already up, and blocked gutters are behind a large proportion of facade staining in the first place.
How quickly can you attend?
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can have operatives on site within the hour. The first visit is about making the area safe and stopping the damage spreading; the full clean follows once the scope is clear.
Can you work while the site stays open?
In most cases. We work nights, early mornings and weekends, and section the area off where a clean has to happen during the day. Retail, hospitality and distribution sites rarely close, so this is normal for us.
What documentation do we receive?
Photographs before, during and after, waste transfer notes for anything removed, the products and methods used, and a written report your insurer, auditor or client pack will accept.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
