How clean does it need to be?
To the standard in the lease, which is usually clean and tidy condition or better. Photographs on completion are what prevent a dispute about whether it was met.
Can you coordinate with dilapidation works?
Yes, and it should be sequenced that way — cleaning after the building works, not before. The group covers both so it happens in the right order.
What if the landlord disputes it?
A dated photographic record of every area is usually the end of the discussion. That is precisely why we produce one as standard.
How quickly can you attend?
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can have operatives on site within the hour. The first visit is about making the area safe and stopping the damage spreading; the full clean follows once the scope is clear.
Can you work while the site stays open?
In most cases. We work nights, early mornings and weekends, and section the area off where a clean has to happen during the day. Retail, hospitality and distribution sites rarely close, so this is normal for us.
What documentation do we receive?
Photographs before, during and after, waste transfer notes for anything removed, the products and methods used, and a written report your insurer, auditor or client pack will accept.
